Rahim Syed founded RS Program Advisory after 12+ years leading regulated, capital-intensive programs across financial services, municipal infrastructure, PropTech, and real estate. He holds the PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt credentials, and his delivery record spans market conditions most programs never survive: 100% on-time delivery, zero transaction loss through the initial COVID-19 crisis, and programs held through the 2022 rate-shock cycle and a 40% market contraction.

Before founding the practice, he delivered a $35M dual-municipal capital program for the Region of Peel on schedule and within budget, built and scaled a PropTech company from zero to a 30+ person team as founder with full P&L ownership, and led $250M+ in regulated transaction volume across a full program lifecycle. Before any of that, he was an Advanced Care Paramedic, trained to assess quickly, decide under pressure, and own the outcome. That discipline became his operating system. He built his practice to run on it.
